Sony is preparing to launch another 10-inch netbook ‘VAIO M’ for the mass market. Specs-wise, this mini laptop sports a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 display, an Intel Atom N450 processor, an Intel GMA 3150 graphics card, a 1GB RAM, a 250GB HDD, a webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth and runs on Windows 7 Starter OS. Samsung will launch the first netbook with built-in 4G using Long Term Evolution (LTE). This technology allows the 10-inch Samsung netbok to delivers download speeds of up to 100Mbps thanks to the Samsung Kalmia 4G chipset.
