Apple Confirms New Core i5 And i7 MacBook Pros

Apple has finally confirmed the updated MacBook Pro with Intel Core i5 and i7 CPUs. The new 13-inch MacBook Pro features a faster Intel Core 2 Duo processor (2.4GHz and 2.66GHz), a larger hard drives (250GB and 320GB), an nVidia GeForce 320M graphics, and a 4GB RAM. Meanwhile, the new 15-inch MacBook Pro has an Intel Core i5 – i7 processors with a 4GB RAM, and a 320GB – 500GB hard drive. And finally, the 17-inch MacBook Pro is powered by a 2.53GHz Intel Core i5 processor, a 4GB RAM, and a 500GB hard drive. All models features an SD card slot and a battery that will last for up to 9-10 hours. The new 15-inch and 17-inch MacBook Pro also feature an automatic switching between an Intel HD graphics and an nVidia GeForce GT 330M.

With its introduction of the iPad, Apple is likely to transform the way you do everything from read the newspaper to prepare business presentations. The system sports a 13.3-inch 1280 x 800 glossy LED backlit display, 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256MB graphics card, a 2GB RAM (up to 4GB), a 250GB hard drive, a glass multi-touch trackpad, a built-in SuperDrive, a built-in iSight camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, two USB ports, a Mini DisplayPort, Gigabit Ethernet and a built-in lithium-polymer battery that provides up to 7 hours on a single charge. The new unibody MacBook is now available for purchase from Apple’s stores for $999.

HP released its first 13.3-inch laptop, which will be a direct competitor to Apple MacBook and Sony VAIO SR. Thanks to a unique design solution – fully «Bronze» Corps, including the keyboard – dv3500t stand out from the mainstream laptop and more suited to the role of part of the image.

Apple announced its updated mobile computer MacBook. Novelty is equipped with 13.3″ LCD screen with LED backlighting, all-metal shell of aluminum, updated touchpad technology to support Multi-Touch.

In addition, the laptop had received discrete graphics cards in the face of NVIDIA, which increased productivity in 3D-applications to five times compared to the previous generation model.
