The included 2-megapixel Webcam with better clarity, sound-recording and light sensitivity takes it to the topmost choice for video-conferencing. Though a robust battery would have been an added advantage but its rare anti-glare screen renders it best. It comes with an in-built operating system of Windows 7 Professional and a 3.3-inch LED-backlit display with a 16×9 aspect ratio and a native resolution of 1,366×768 pixels. At $868, its a great casual professional companion.

Asus Eee PC Seashell 1015PED-MU17 – Black
This Netbook (Processor 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455; Memory 1GB, 667MHz DDR2; Hard drive 250GB 5,400rpm) has nothing extraordinary to offer, but it does the job. A little keyboard scramping and lack of HD features are issues of concern but are acceptable in a $349 laptop especially one with long battery life and solid design.
Keyboared has well responding but small keys. Multitouch touchpad is smooth and wide.
It is absolutely fine for everyday tasks and Web browsing, even playback of local video files, but streaming videos at times create problems and switching to full screen exhibits choppy effects.
HP Pavilion dv6-3055dx
First look at the HP Pavilion dv6-3055dx gives you the impression that it is an exceptional laptop, but actually turns out to be fairly average.
