The Inspiron 17 for 2010 comes with Intel’s Core i3 and i5 CPUs, the Intel GMA HD integrated graphics or the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 1GB dedicated video card, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, up to 500GB HDD capacity, and a DVD burner or Blu-Ray combo drive.
Its display has LED backlight and a 900p (1,600×900) resolution.
Dell’s notebook also includes a built-in 1.3MP web camera, microphone, stereo speakers, WiFi, Ethernet LAN, optional Bluetooth, four USB ports, an optional 7-in-1 media card reader, and HDMI and VGA outputs.
The Inspiron 17 starts at 6.35 pounds with its standard 6-cell battery providing up to 4 hours of run time, which can be extended to maximal 8 hours with the optional 9-cell unit.
