MSI has finally shipped this 12-inch netbook in the US market. As a reminder, it is powered by a 1.6GHz AMD Neo processor with an ATI Radeon X1250 graphics, and an HDMI output. The Wind U210 has a 6-cell (5200mAh battery) which is good for up to 5-hours of operation time. Other features include a 1.3MP webcam, three USB ports, a VGA out, and a 4-in-1 card reader.

Here are four new laptops from Mouse Computer from its m-Book W700 series. The W700 features a huge 15.6-inch display screen with a 1366×768 resolution, an nVidia GeForce G105M with 512MB of VRAM, an optional Blu-Ray drive (on the high-end model), and Wi-Fi connectivity. Acer has unveiled their new Ferrari-inspired netbook called the Acer Ferrari One. This mini laptop is based on Acer’s 11.6-inch (1366 x 768) netbook and features an AMD Athlon X2 L310 processor with two running cores at 1.2GHz and 1MB L2 Cache, a M780G chipset, an integrated ATI Radeon 3200 graphics card, a 4GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, WiFi, Bluetooth, a six-cell battery and Windows 7 OS. HP introduced its new member of their netbook range with the release of the HP Mini 311. It is a 11.6-inch LCD display that features nVidia ION platform with an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, a 1GB of DDR2 RAM and a 160GB 5400RPM SATA HDD. Additional specs include a 5-in-1 card reader, a built-in webcam for video conference, an integrated microphone, 802.11 b/g WiFi, a 6-cell Lithium Ion battery, and the Microsoft Windows 7 OS. HP will release the HP Mini 311 in October 2009.
Hi-Grade has rolled out their latest notebook that is specially designed for “fashion conscious females”. The company describes its Notino W5900 laptop series as comprising of “customized laptops to complete this season’s looks”. Each of these laptops gets full colour ink-jet print designs on the laptop lids. Some of available design are “graffiti” (”energetic, funky and artistic”), a pink leopard print design (”fashionable, on-trend and urban”) and the “shopping” design with “four fashionable women on a sleek black background, perfect for the confident, outgoing affluent female”. Priced at £394.50 ($650) upwards, the Notino W5900 comes pre-installed with Windows Vista Home Premium OS.

Called the EasyPC E102, this mini laptop is packed with a RISC-based processor which is available in 1.2GHz or 1.6GHz versions, a 10.2-inch TFT LCD digital screen with 1024 x 600 resolution, an optional 256MB to 1GB RAM, a 4GB SSD or 160GB hard drive, a 1.3MP webcam, a 3-in-1 card reader, WiFi, 3 USB ports, Ethernet Gigabit, a 3-cell Li-ion battery and supports Windows XP OS.
PC maker Hercules has plans to release the eCafe EC-1000W netbook which will ship with Windows 7 Starter. The 10-inch netbook comes equipped with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU with a 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and a 6 cell (4400mAh) battery. Other specs include a chiclet-style keyboard and an attractive looking lid. The Hercules EC-1000W is priced at 349 Euros or around $497.
Here are the latest additions to Asus’ N-Series notebook line-up, the N61 and N71. These new multimedia notebooks are equipped with a choice of either an Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad processor, an optional 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 240M or GT 220M graphics card, up to 4GB DDR3 RAM, up to 500GB hard drive, a Blu-ray DVD Combo and Windows 7 OS. The only difference between these two notebooks is that the N61 only comes with a 16-inch HD LED display with 1366 x 768 resolution, while, the N71 offers a bigger 17.3-inch HD LED display with 1366 x 768 resolution.

Here is good news for those who are living in Russia. Samsung has released two new 10.1-inch netbooks for the Russian market. Known as the Samsung N130 and N140, both netbooks feature a choice of Intel Atom N270 or N280 processors, a 1024 x 600 pixel display, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a 1GB of RAM, and a 160GB hard drives. The N130 will ship with a 3 or 6 cell battery, while the N140 will come standard with a 6 cell battery (a 5200mAh 6 cell battery or a higher capacity 5900mAh 6 cell battery).
BenQ has introduced two CULV notebooks which is known as the Joybook S35 and Joybook S43. The former comes with a 13.3-inch LCD display with an Intel GMA4500HD graphics, while the latter has a 14-inch LCD display with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD4300 graphics. Both notebooks come jam packed with a CULV CPU (Consumer Ultra Low Voltage) and a LED backlight LCD with a 1366×768 resolution.
