MSI has added a new version to its smallest gaming notebook series, with the introduction of GX403. This new gaming notebook offers a 14.1-inch TFT-LCD widescreen display, the latest Intel Centrino 2 Processor, NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M Graphics (built-in DDR3 256MB VRAM), a built-in 1.3 megapixel webcam, up to 4GB of RAM, 320GB hard drive (up to 500GB), 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI output, an optional Blu-ray reader and Windows Vista Home Premium OS. Pricing and availability are still unknown.

The Packard Bell Dot S has a 10.1 inch display and the Dot M has an 11.6 inch. Both netbooks feature WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3G options and multitouch trackpads. The rest of the specs are 1GB of RAM, 160GB hard drives, webcams, and 5-in-1 flash memory card readers. The Dot M is powered by a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 CPU instead of the more common 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor. This type of CPU will offer longer battery life, but slower performance. The Dot S will be released later this month for $394. Meanwhile, the Dot M will be available later in April for $526.

Asus released the drivers for the Eee PC 1004DN netbook, the first Eee PC model with an optical disc drive and fingerprint scanner. You can download the latest version of the BIOS, drivers for most of the computer’s hardware, and user manuals in English or Chinese. There are also a few software applications including the new Eee Splendid utility that allows you to adjust the netbook’s contrast, color saturation, brightness, and other display settings.

Acer introduced an 11.6-inch version of the Aspire One netbook, that cpmes woith an Intel Atom processor CPU. Available white, dark blue, red and black, the netbook is based on the Intel US15W Express Chipset and has a 160GB hard drive, a built-in webcam, support for WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity, and a multi-in-one memory card reader. Its display provides a resolution of 1366×768 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio.

The 3K RazorBook 400 CE netbook is also known as 3K-RZ400-4GB-WIN Ultra-Mobile PC. It is now available for only $155. The netbook is actually the cheapest netbook in the US market today, that features a 7-inch 800 x 480 display, an ARM 400MHz processor, 128MB of DDR2 memory, a 4GB solid state drive with Microsoft Windows CE pre-installed, and a 2-cell 2100mAh battery. Other features include 802.11b/g WiFi and Ethernet LAN connections, three USB ports, and a SmartMedia Card reader.

Sony Japan has released a limited edition VAIO Type C Crocodile Edition in Japan. Each laptop is covered with crocodile skin and available in three different colors including red, pink and brown. As for the specs itself, it sports a 14.1-inch LCD display with 1280 x 800 resolution, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS graphics, up to 8GB RAM, up to 500GB hard drive, Windows Vista OS, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth connectivity. Price starts from 104,800 Yen.

Gigabyte has finally released the official specifications page and user manual for their T1028 TouchNote convertible netbook. As we all know, the netbook was first introduced at CeBIT 2009, so here are the specs: a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with 1042 x 600 resolution, a choice of either an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz or N280 1.66GHz processor, Intel 945GSE Express GPU, 1GB of RAM (max 2GB), HSDPA support via an integrated 3.5G module, WiFi b/g/n and optional WiMAX.

PC Koubou has collaborated with Capcom to launch a new 15.4 WUXGA (1920 x 1200) gaming laptop. The Lesance BTO GSN628GW TYPE-R-MHF features a 2.53GHz Core 2 Duo P8600 CPU with a 512GB GeForce 9600M GT, a 2 GB of 1066 RAM, a 250GB of 5400rpm HDD, a DVD Super Multi, WiFi ABGN and pre-installed Hunter Monster. The laptop is priced at 129,980 Yen (€980).

HP has finally announced the availability of its HP Pavilion DV2 notebook, which was first introduced back in January at CES. Now it’s your chance to get your hands on this new notebook. As a reminder, the system is equipped with a 12.1-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution, a 1.6Ghz AMD Athlon Neo MV-40 processor, Radeon HD3410 GPU, 4GB of RAM, external optical drive, 3 USB 2.0 ports, WiFi, and a choice of either 4 or 6 cell battery. The DV2 retails for $750.

Here is good news for those who are living in the States. Samsung has decided to release the Samsung NC20 in the US. Weighing 3.3 pounds, this 12.1 inch netbook features VIA Nano U2250 1.3GHz processor with VIA Chrome9 HC3 integrated graphics chipset, 1GB DDR2 RAM, 160GB hard drive, Windows XP Home preloaded, 6-cell battery, 1,280 x 800 resolution, webcam, Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth and a 3-in-1 memory card reader. You can purchase the netbook for $549.99.

Asus has added a new model to its F50 notebook series in the form of the F50SV-X1. This new notebook is equipped with a 16-inch LCD display with 1366 x 768 resolution, an Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 2GHz processor, a NVIDIA GeForce GT 120M graphics card with 1GB RAM, 4GB of RAM, 320GB hard drive, a DVD SuperMulti burner, WiFi and an integrated speaker. The ASUS F50SV-X1 is now available for purchase with a retail price of $799.99, after $100 discount.

Samsung N120 netbook is finally available for pre-order from a number of stores, with prices ranging from $442 to $474. As a reminder, this mini-laptop is equipped with a 10.1-inch display, an Intel Atom processor, 1.3MP camera, a full-sized keyboard, a 3-in-1 memory card reader, 3 USB ports, WiFi, Bluetooth and a six-cell battery (up to 10.5 hours).

Acer is out with another of its high-end netbook known as the Aspire One 531, which was launched recently in Germany. Measuring 10″ x 7.2″ x 1.1″ and weighing 2.2 pounds, making it one of the smallest and lightest netbook with 10.1-inch display. So here’s what you can get from this high-end netbook: a 10.1-inch display with 1024 x 600 resolution, a choice of either 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 or 1.68GHz Intel Atom N280 processors, Intel 945GSE Express or Intel 82801GBM chipsets, up to 2GB of RAM, 160GB HDDs, 0.3M webcam, 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, UMTS/HSDPA 3G Modem, multi-format card reader, 3 USB ports, VGA port and Ethernet port. The Acer Aspire One 531 is now available for purchase at Amazon Germany for €399.

Acer has decided the launch its latest Aspire One 751, a 11.6 inch netbook that features a larger trackpad compared to its predecessors and competitors. Its 11.6 inch display offers a resolution of 1,366 x 768. The netbook features an Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHz, a SCH USW15S Chipset, GMA500 graphics, 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, Wi-Fi, 3G, a 6-cell battery, and Windows XP Pro. Pricing or availability is still unavailable.

The X320 and X340 are the latest netbooks from MSI. For your info, the MSI X340 is priced at sub-$1000 and boasts an Intel’s SU3500 CULV processor running at 1.3Ghz with 4GB of RAM and a 1080p-capable GMA4500MHD graphics. Meanwhile, the MSI X320 retails for around $700 and has a 1.6Ghz Atom CPU, GMA500 graphics, 2GB RAM, and an optional 3G/WiMAX. Both netbooks offer a 1366 x 768 13.4-inch display, 250GB of HDD, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, three USB 2.0 ports, VGA outputs and a 4-Cell battery. You can also choose an optional 6-Cell battery for longer battery life. The new MSI X320 and X340 netbooks will be available in May 2009.

MSI released the Wind U123 at CTIA LAs Vegas. As a reminder, the netbook comes with a 6-Cell (9-Cell optional) and features Intel Atom N280 1.66Ghz CPU with Intel 945GSE chipset, 1GB of RAM that is expandable to 2GB, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, a 1.3MP shooter and a 4-1 card reader. Sadly, there is no word on pricing so far.

Here is a netbook with Core 2 Duo CPU from Dospara. The new Prime Note Albireo JS that sold without OS. Priced at only 79000 Yen (€600), the netbook offers a Core 2 Duo T8100 running at 2.1GHz, 4GB of DDR2 Memory, 320GB of HDD, DVD Super Multi, WiFi A/B/G, and a 12.1 inch LCD with a WXGA resolution. The DosPara Prime Note Albireo JS is also lightweight with only 1.9kg.

Acer has officially launched their new Acer Aspire One D250 netbook in Europe. Measuring 258.5 x 184 x 25.4mm, the new netbook offers a choice of either 1.60GHz Intel Atom N270 or 1.66GHz Atom N280 processors, 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 (WSVGA) Acer Crystal Brite TFT LCD display, up to 2GB of DDR2 RAM, 160GB hard disk, a 0.3MP Acer Crystal Eye webcam, multitouch capable trackpad, Windows XP Home OS, an integrated WiFi and an optional Bluetooth 2.0+EDR connectivity. The D250 is already available in European market with a retail price of €380.
