Fujitsu LifeBook Tablet PCs

Fujitsu has decided to upgrade its LifeBook T5010, T1010, P1630 and T2020 convertible Tablet PCs with AT&T’s BroadbandConnect High-Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) network support. However, this upgrade adds more $150 to the basic price of these selected Tablet PCs. Fujitsu also confirmed that the LifeBook T5010 Tablet PC and the LifeBook E8420 notebook will receive EVDO connectivity support in the second quarter of 2009.

Toshiba Qosmio WXW

Toshiba has decided to launch its Qosmio WXW laptop for the Japanese market. This high-end notebook PC features a powerful nVidia GeForce 9800M GTS with 1GB of VRAM, a 128GB SSD and 160GB of HDD, a 2.66GHz Core 2 Duo T9550 and a DVD Super multi drive. The basic model comes with a 2GB of RAM and retails for approx. €2435, after conversion.

MSI has recently announced the Atom-Powered WindBox, a tiny computer solution for industrial applications. The entire system weighs just 500g and thanks to its VESA mounting, it will fit just nicely behind your VESA-compatible LCD displays. The system istself comes packed with Intel’s 1.6GHz Atom CPU, an Intel GMA 950 chipset for graphics processing, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a 160GB or a 250GB hard drive, a D-sub connector, three USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet port for the built in 10/100Mbit networking, a 3-in-1 memory card reader, 802.11b/g WiFi, and a VGA port.
