Fujitsu offers a new laptop from its LifeBook series. Known as the Fujitsu A1120, this new notebook features a 15.6 inch SuperFine 16:9 HD widescreen TFT display (1366×768 resolution) display screen with an Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 processor, 4GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500MHD graphics. Other specs include dual layer DVD burner, 1.3MP webcam, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, and Microsoft Windows Vista OS.

Dell has announced the availability of its new Studio 15 series notebook – the 1555 model in Singapore. As a reminder, the notebook comes equipped with a 15.6-inch screen (1366×768 resolution) with a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 2.4GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo processor, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 dedicated GPU, 3GB of RAM, 250GB hard drive, WiFi connectivity, and pre-loaded with Windows Vista Home Premium. The pricing for the Asus Eee PC T91 has been unveiled. The netbook tablet is priced at between £360 ($524) and £420 ($610) in the UK. In case you didn’t know, the T91 mini-tablet comes jam packed with a 8.9-inch touch-screen display with a 1,024×600 resolution and LED backlight, Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor, US15W chipset, 1GB of DDR2 memory, a 32GB solid state drive with Windows XP Home pre-loaded, an optional internal TV tuner, and a built-in web camera. Other features include 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth, an Ethernet LAN port, optional 3G and GPS connectivity, two USB ports, a Disk Expander supporting MMC, SD or SDHC memory card for an increased storage space, a multi-card reader, and a VGA output. Its non-removable battery offers up to five hours of operating time. The Asus Eee PC T91 weighs less than 2.2 pounds and comes with a white glossy chassis.

LG Announces LG-X120 3G Netbook

LG is back with its new stylish netbook, the LG-X120 featuring a 3G HSPA connection for easy access anywhere and anytime. The system comes packed with a 160GB hard drive, Smart-On five-second interface, and Smart-Link technology that allows connection to computers via a USB cable to share files or install new applications, easily accessing data even from the computer’s CD or DVD drive. Other features include a 1.3-megapixel camera, Intel Atom processor, and 1GB of memory. LG-X120 will hit European market in March for unannounced price yet.

It seems that Workhorse PC wants to be serious in netbook market by releasing another netbook. The new Workhorse Certeza MC10 features an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 10.1 inch display at 1,024 x 600 resolution, up to 2GB RAM, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity as well as WiMAX and 3G wireless options. Workhorse PC will be offering the Certeza MC10 with a choice of Linux, Windows XP or Windows Vista Business operating systems. The price ranges from $399 to $549, depending on specifications. The netbook will also be offered with a 4- or a 6-cell battery.

Dell is planning on releasing a brand new convertible tablet known as the XT2, here we give you the first details of this upcoming tablet. Kohjinsha is known for its UMPC / convertible tablet series. The company has teamed up with toy maker Bandai to create a Gachapin and Mukku netbook for kids. The netbook is powered by a 1.6GHz Atom N270 CPU with 160GB HDD, 8.9-inch display (1,024 x 600 resolution), WiFi, a 3-in-1 card reader, a 1.3MP webcam and 1GB of RAM. Sadly, it is priced at a hefty ¥79,800 or around $866.

Eee PC 701 Prototype UMPC

Designed by a Japanese modder, this nice looking UMPC is based on an ASUS Eee PC 701 to which a touchscreen and new casing has been applied. It ditches the keyboard and loses the grams going from 922g to 760g. It even comes with a pen for the touchscreen and a slot to slip it in. Sadly not a sign of ASUS’ upcoming Eee PC UMPC plans, so it remains just a prototype for now.

The highly anticipated Samsung NC20 Netbook is now available for pre-order from UK retailer BT Shop, priced at £390.98 ($565). As a reminder the system is equipped with a 12.1-inch WXGA display, Windows XP Home Edition, 1.3GHz VIA Nano U225 CPU processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Bluetooth, 3-in-1 card reader, 1.3 megapixel camera, and a 6 Cell battery. The NC20 is available in two colors: white due out in late February, and black from early March.
