
Toshiba company presented new Portege M700 Tablet PC, a new ultraportable laptop of the 9-th generation. M700 is an updated version of the popular model Portege M400. The device is equipped with a processor T7500 Core 2 Duo, 12.1-inch wide sensible display, and is compatible with Microsoft Vista and XP.
Portege M700 was created for mobile professionals, because it has a wide range of functions, providing the opportunity to work “on the road”. The Tablet PC is equipped with webcam, optical drive, 6-cell battery pack, as well as the parallel battery, which together provide up to 9 hours of autonomous work.

Portege M700 costs $1699 or $1799. The only difference between the models: the configuration for $1699 offers 1GB RAM and Windows XP, while for $1799 – 2GB RAM and Vista.
