The Sony VAIO TZ 2.65-pound ultra portable notebook is now available in the States. The new Vaio laptop features a 11.1-inch screen, up to 7.5 hours of battery life, and Intel’s ultra-low voltage processor. Measuring less than 1-inch thin, the laptop has carbon-fiber casing in a classic black, premium carbon, champagne gold, and hand-painted Bordeaux variants, with the keyboard’s keys slightly raised above bezel layer. The standard VAIO TZ notebook will start at about $2,200, while the model with solid state drive will go for around $3,200.
